You might of heard of female bodybuilder Yolanda Hughes or you might not of. She is definitely an attractive black woman. She turned pro in 1992, during her prime she won the 1997 and 1998 Arnold Classic Champion and also made six Olymia appearances.

So what happened to Yolanda Hughes? Well she now runs her own fitness studio "Fitness Exotica" in Bellinham, Washington. At the studio she helps women train in both cardio striptease, booty camp, sexy flexy, and pole dancing 101. Definitely sounds pretty erotic to me, but Yolanda says it's more than that, the training allows women to touch into their "feminine strength." Recognizing the power of their bodies to make them healthier, happier and more alive.

Before Yolanda Hughes became a bodybuilder, she was also a personal trainer for Gold’s Gym for 10 years. During that time I'm sure she met a lot of people and had a lot of friends. And believe it or not, she was in a big Hollywood Movie called "Rollerball," with big actors LL Cool J and Jean Reno. LL Cool J is a pretty big bodybuilder himself.
