<p>The story about Taylor Hooton is quite heartbreaking, I first heard the story from the <a href="http://www.muscleweights.com/bigger-stronger-faster-documentary/">documentary Bigger Stronger Faster</a>.  In the documentary Chris Bell interviews Taylor's Dad, Don Hooton, who I have a lot of respect for.  </p>
<p>Mr. Hooton goes on to tell us the story of his son, "a 16-year old, 6' 2", 180 pound, muscular high school athlete was told by his high school coach that he needed to be bigger in order to effectively compete in his senior year.</p>
<p>Like others on his team, Taylor decided to take a short cut to help him achieve his objective. Unfortunately in his efforts to get bigger, Taylor was unaware of the depression he would experience as a result of using anabolic steroids.  On July 15, 2003, Taylor took his own life."</p>
<p>In the documentary Don Hooton contends that if his son never took steroids, he would still be hear.  I totally agree with him, I firmly believe teenagers should not be taking them at that age.  And the day Congress went to court about steroids, Don Hooton had enough courage to step up and tell his son's story.</p>
<p>Funny thing is too, after the documentary was made Mike "Bad Dog" Bell, Chris Bell's brother was found dead in a Costa Mesa live-in rehabilitation facility.  That tells you something right there.  But even after Don Hooton and Congress examining the topic in court, still nothing has been done.  And if you ask me, steroid abuse has gotten worse.<br />

Sad thing is he thinks it looks good, what it is he's just getting a lot of attention from it and he loves it.  Just your typical attention whore like Gregg Valentino.  You can't even see his bicep muscles or tricep muscles in his arm, they don't look proportional at all.  Looks like he has basketballs in his arms and none of his other muscles in his body don't even match his arms.  This is a sad example of bodybuilder, he should be ashamed of himself!</p>

<p>This bodybuilder for instance has huge biceps and triceps, the bicep is very well formed.  And one of my favorite parts of the arm is the notch between the bicep and tricep.  Not everyone gets this sort of muscle, in the picture you can kind of see it's connected to the forearm muscle.  It's rather cool looking.</p>

<p>I'll tell you what, anyone who's looking for a more smoother bicep workout, try training on cables instead of free weights.  I like it better because it's easier on joints which makes you less prone to injuries.  And you tend not to lean back on your spine as much as you do with regular free weight curls, overall less jerking is what I wanted to say.  I've been hitting the cables a lot harder and been getting a good pump.  It's always good to mix it up between free weights and cables, it can create a good muscle confusion, which can result in building more muscle.</p>

<p>For the longest time I've been working out with no music, just watching and listening to the TV.  My Zune died a few months ago, the thing was only a year and half old, $200 down the drain.  Take it from me, make sure you buy an iPod if you buy an MP3 player.</p>
<p>Well I decided to go out and get a small mini MP3 player so I'd have at least something to listen to.  It was only $20 at Best Buy, some off brand.  But ever since then I've been working out a lot harder and getting a lot better pump.  There's no doubt that I'm starting to notice some gains here and there on building up muscle.</p>
